Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Minneapolis-Lakeville By Ihg, Lakeville

My recent stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was fantastic, and the room I was in was clean and well-suited to my needs. On the other hand, I encountered some disappointing service when help was needed for a minor incident involving my nephew, which overshadowed our experience. The food was delicious, but I think some improvements in communication and guest assistance would really make a positive difference.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to service issues and poor room maintenance. While the location was decent and the room size was satisfactory, the bathroom situation was quite ridiculous. I really expected better dining experiences as well. I won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon based on this experience.
